Modern bistro designed with an idea of informal dining room where the life happens around large communal table
Bistro with friendly and informal atmosphere, where both the passion of creative cooking and the joy of having tasty meal with good company define the place.
The project involved developing a complex concept of ‘everyday’ bistro. An inviting and friendly space; suitable for morning coffee, daily lunch or informal meetings after work, where the joy of discovering new tastes and love for naturalness and simplicity in eating is what matters most.
We developed a concept, in which all of the above comes together smoothly, in the context of casual atmosphere and an idea of informal dining room – place of communal meals and lively conversations at the large table, encouraging to visit not only with company, but also alone.
Interior design concentrates on typical dining room equipment designed specifically for this project only: a large communal table, solid wooden sideboard with a dozen drawers, comfortable sofas and minimalistic marble kitchen island, functioning as a bar. Unpretentious interior is also strengthen by natural finishing materials and details characteristic for the design of the 50s.
The whole idea is completed by clearly visible semi-open kitchen, that allows for spontaneous chats between chefs and dining guests.
