Culinary project that popularizes offal served in a creative form and non-obvious way.
The project is carried out in a form of a food stand in the local street food market. By serving an offal in a new and more aesthetic way it breaks the common aversion towards the variety meats.
Inexpensive and unexpected interpretation facilitates sharing the knowledge about organ meat benefits and its culinary potential.
Podróbka believes that eating the so called “fifth quarter” is a sign of respect towards animals, an expression of conscious and wise attitude to what and how we eat as well as a great inspiration to one’s own culinary experiments.
